Back in Autumn 2022, I came across a post from the renowned wedding photographer Benjamin Wheeler about his exclusive, one-off workshop scheduled for January 2023 featuring the beautiful Layla Young. I knew I had to attempt to procure myself a ticket but with only 20 places over two dates I knew I had some competition. Determined not to miss out, I set multiple alarms (my forgetfulness knows no bounds!) and sat at my desktop refreshing the browser on release day. The tickets sold out within the first hour—but somehow, I managed to secure one. Now, reflecting on the experience, I’m still amazed and incredibly grateful to have been part of it.

The workshop brought together an exceptionally talented group of photographers from around the world—Switzerland, Norway, Canada, and beyond. It’s a testament to Ben’s artistry and influence in the wedding photography industry.

Learning from @benjaminwheeler was nothing short of inspiring. The workshop was an intimate, stylishly curated affair, thanks to Ben and his incredible team. To do it justice, I’m splitting my coverage into two blog posts.
